Is ad spend included in the price?
No. You pay the platform directly from your own account and we never mark it up or take a percentage. Our fee covers strategy, production and management only.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. All retainers are month to month with 30 days' notice. We would rather keep clients by producing results than by contract.
Can we start with a project and move to a retainer?
Yes, and many clients do. A Growth Audit or Profile Rebuild is a low-risk way to see how we work before committing to anything ongoing.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No. Onboarding, account access, tracking setup and the initial strategy are all included in your first month.
What if we need more than the Growth tier includes?
That is what Scale is for. We will scope it on the call based on your markets, spend level and content volume, and quote a fixed monthly figure.
Do you offer discounts for annual payment?
Yes — a 10% reduction for six months paid upfront, or 15% for twelve. That said, we never push it. Month to month is genuinely fine with us.
